Terms and Conditions
If you have purchased any online offer, we require a print out as proof of purchase at your first appointment. All offers/promotions are non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offer must be mentioned at the time of booking. We reserve the right to withdraw an offer. All appointments must be pre paid at time of booking, and all courses of sessions are prepaid.
IPL have a 48 hour cancellation policy, due to the fact that many appointments are lengthy.
Tanning should be avoided as a minimum 4 weeks prior to treatment and during the entire treatment process. If you have a tan you will have to postpone treatment until your tan has completely faded. Tanned skin carries a risk of burning (whether natural or an artificial tan). Ensure that all traces of artificial or natural tan have faded. You cannot have IPL Treatment until the skin returns to its normal colour. Do not apply any artificial tanning products on treated area 4 weeks before treatment, and during a course of treatments. If you come for your appointment and there is a contraindication e.g. suntan or you have used contra indicated products, we will be unable to carry out your treatment and you will lose that session. We will not be able to reschedule that session. Contraindicated products are AHA Fruit Acids, Hyaluronic Acid and Retinol A or exfoliating products in ant-aging or acne treatments, which tend to make the skin sensitive. On the day of the treatment AVOID the use of deodorants, perfumed products, make-up or creams on the AREA to be treated. A patch test will be carried out at least 48 hours before treatment. If you have an appointment booked for a bikini line you may still come for your IPL treatment whilst menstruating, a very large proportion of clients come especially for bikini line treatment, we do not accept late cancellations on these grounds.
Parents please note:
We understand that obtaining child-care can be difficult, however we are unable to provide a suitable environment for them to wait. With a lack of space their Health and Safety is of concern and you will lose your appointment, unfortunately our insurance does not cover children on the premises.
